MOQ varies by product. For spices, our typical minimum is 100 kg per product. For tea, we accept from 50 kg upward. Coco peat MOQ is 1 x 20ft container. For dehydrated fruits and vegetables, starting from 50 kg. Sample orders of 1–5 kg are always available for product evaluation before bulk ordering.

Every shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Origin (CoO) from Sri Lanka's Export Development Board, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with lab results, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Bill of Lading. Halal certificates, Organic certificates and HACCP compliance documents are provided for applicable products upon request.

We offer FOB Colombo, CIF and CNF pricing. Shipping options include full container load (FCL), less-than-container load (LCL) and air freight for urgent or small orders. Payment terms include T/T (bank transfer), Letter of Credit (LC), and 30% deposit + 70% on BL copy for repeat buyers.

Yes, absolutely. We encourage buyers to request samples before committing to bulk orders. Sample quantities (up to 500 g – 1 kg) are available for most products. Samples are charged at cost price + courier, which is credited against your first bulk order. DHL and FedEx sample delivery worldwide.

Yes, we provide complete private-label solutions. You can supply your own artwork or we can design packaging for you. Available for spices, tea, dehydrated products, and health products. Minimum quantities apply for private label — typically 200–500 kg depending on the product.

Standard processing time is 7–14 business days after order confirmation and deposit. For stock items this can be as fast as 5 days. Sea freight transit time: 12–18 days to Middle East, 18–28 days to Europe, 25–35 days to USA. Air freight available for urgent orders with 3–5 day delivery to most destinations.

Many of our products are available with Halal certification (SLSI Halal certified facility). Organic certified options are available for black pepper, cardamom, turmeric, ginger, moringa and certain dehydrated products. All our agricultural products are Non-GMO by nature.
